COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Today, Jessica Killin’s campaign for Colorado’s 5th Congressional District launched its thirteenth general election TV ad, “USAA.” The ad is part of a significant paid media strategy from Killin that will air across El Paso County.

“USAA” highlights Killin’s actual background and experience serving veterans and their families at USAA, her upbringing in Colorado Springs, and her lifelong commitment to service in the Army, at USAA, and in public service. For over a decade, Jessica worked at USAA promoting policies to protect military families and veterans from the fallout of the 2008 financial crisis – streamlining VA home loans and seeking ways to stop payday lenders from preying on our troops and military families.

Fourth-generation Coloradan and Army Veteran Jessica Killin said, “El Paso County is the community that raised me and instilled in me the values of patriotism and servant leadership. It’s why I joined the Army and worked for over a decade at USAA to stand up for service members, veterans, and their families. The relentless, desperate attack ads launched against me disappointingly don't reflect the values we have here in the Pikes Peak Region. While Crank puts Trump first, I will always fight for our community and our country.”

“USAA” transcript:

Donald Trump is desperately spreading lies to protect Jeff Crank.

A super lobbyist? Give me a break. You know better than that. Look at my record.

I was standing up for veterans and military families at USAA.

I grew up here in El Paso County. It’s why I served in the Army.

You taught me to put others first.

And it’s why I’ll ban stock trading and support ethics reform.

I’m Jessica Killin. I approve this message because Jeff Crank fights for Donald Trump. I’ll fight for you.
