COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Today, Jessica Killin’s campaign for Colorado’s 5th Congressional District launched its seventh general election TV ad, “Lies.” The ad is part of a significant paid media strategy from Killin that will air across El Paso County.

“Lies” responds to lies being spread by a Trump Super PAC about Jessica Killin to protect Jeff Crank, who voted with Trump 100% of the time. Killin supports a local moratorium on data centers to assess the potential dangers of AI, prevent higher utility costs, and protect our water.

Meanwhile, Crank has taken over $100,000 from lobbyists and special interests who’d profit from more data centers, including donors with ties to the Project Taurus data center proposal here in Colorado Springs. He voted to give $70 billion in special tax breaks to data center operators and voted to prevent states from reigning in data centers, AI, and the big tech companies.
