COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Today, Congressmembers Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan, Ted Lieu, and Pat Ryan endorsed Jessica Killin for Colorado’s 5th Congressional District.
Navy veteran and Pennsylvania Congressman Chris Deluzio said, "Jessica Killin knows the values she learned in military service: duty, integrity, and a commitment to our country. Serving others is a big part of who she is, and she'll bring that same mission-focused leadership to Congress."
Air Force veteran and Pennsylvania Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan said, "I am proud to endorse Jessica because she understands exactly what it means to put country over party. As a woman who has served her nation in uniform, Jessica understands duty and service. We need more leaders in Congress who are driven by a lifetime spirit of service, and Jessica is exactly the kind of leader we need to flip this seat and deliver real results for American families."
Air Force veteran and California Congressman Ted Lieu said, "Leadership is about service. Jessica Killin has spent her life answering the call to serve, from her time in the Army to her work supporting military families and veterans. Jessica will bring integrity and experience to Congress, and I'm proud to support her campaign."
Army veteran and New York Congressman Pat Ryan said, "Jessica Killin understands service because she's lived it. She served our country in uniform, then advocated for servicemembers and veterans at USAA, and then became a public service leader. Colorado deserves a representative who puts our country above politics, and that's exactly what Jessica will do in Congress."
Fourth-generation Coloradan and Army veteran Jessica Killin said, "Congressmembers Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan, Ted Lieu, and Pat Ryan have all served their country in the military and now are serving our country in Congress. They share my values of patriotism and selfless service, and they understand that the American people deserve representatives who show up, listen, and deliver results.”
